I wish to find out how I can get my fathers war medals from. He was adjutant to General Anders in world war two. serving in Palestine and Italy. I would also like to know what happened to him after the war which involved . I believe. going into Russia to help political prisoners escape

Hi Victor
When you send for your father's army records Mrs Kroll will enclose a Medals form or card for you to fill in and claim any war Medal's he is entitled to.
That's the procedure I followed and got the British War Medal 1939_45 for my father.
