Hi there, I was recently contacted by a friend who used to live at the camp in Ashby Folville in the 1950's with a view to organising a reunion in the summer of 2009. He is in touch with several people and also the Carrington family who used to live in the Hall.
If you used to live at this camp or know someone that did please send me a contact email. Tadeusz

With regards to my previous emails I have unfortunately inform you that the proposed reunion that was planned for 24th October 2009 has had to be postponed to Spring 2010. The reason for this change of plan is rather prosaic; namely the Leics County Roads Authority have taken upon themselves a major programme of rebuilding and the road through Ashby Folville is currently closed, apart from local access. I will forward information regarding new proposals for this reunion in the new year. Meanwhile, I hope that you will be able to continue sending us additional historical information regarding the history of the camp to the addresses in my previous emails. Best Regards, Tadesz
