Riddlesworth Polish Camp, near Thetford.

I wonder if anyone has any information at all about Riddlesworth Polish Camp which was home to the 3rd DSK (Heavy Machine Gun Battalion) of The 3rd Carpathian Infantry Division ? My father Jan Bujak was based there on his return from Italy. I would also like to find how his unit moved from Italy if anyone can help with that ?

Prof. Jan B. Deregowski, who was a Polish refugee sent to Riddlesworth Camp, wrote about it in his memoir, Driftwood Cast Ashore. Dr. Deregowski is still alive and has an email address, which you can look up in the directory of the University of Aberdeen. Hope that helps.
